Sous Chef,
Fantastic opportunity for a talented sous chef to join the kitchens of this fantastic country hotel!
Based in the stunning Cheshire countryside you will assist the head chef in guiding and developing a brigade of 8 chefs as well as producing food to 3 rosette standard. The hotel is also an excellent banqueting venue capable of servicing events and functions up to 200 covers.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of cooking to at least 2 rosette level with a burning desire to develop further.
